This documentary, primarily made up of intimate footage captured by her husband Steve in their own home, follows Helen's journey back into racing every step of the way. From regaining her fitness during the first lockdown in early 2020 to her selection for Team GB. It provides a powerful insight into what it takes to balance new motherhood with elite sporting performance, exploring the highs and lows of the road to Tokyo through the lens of those closest to her.
